I'd call here and expect to see a very wide range of hands. Some including busted draws and some wierd treys. However the pot size bet on the river leads me to believe that this is a bluff especially because Poker Stars doesn't have a bet pot button. Perhaps my read is off but I would expect him to bet somewhat smaller with hands that have value especially because the line you took looks especially weak.
