I would consider that option with a hand that can actually flop something nice/playable, QJs/KJs, perhaps even 65s or A9s. Playing A9o OOP with a 1k pot and ~2.5k stacks is a situation where my brain ehh will malfunction lol.

hum yeah, you're prolly right, shoving seems like some kinda overbet tho.
i wouldnt consider calling at all if it was a real raise, here we get pretty good odds and might be able to scoop some profit by that.
