I'm calling and I think you've misread his play. 1.3s protect their hands with a monster off the flop w/ a FD poss. So, 96, 95 or sets are raising this on the flop . 1.3 aggro factor is smoothing the turn on a monster hand, not 3xing. I seriously think he wants to see where his kicker is at. I'm guessing he's on A9.
