Once the flop comes up with no ace in this 3bet pot, your plan should be to get it all in the middle. There's too much in the pot relative to the remaining stacks to really play it any other way. I'd bet a bit more on both streets (you do have flush/straight/Ace overcards to protect against), and I also feel fairly comfortable calling his all in.
