You played it fine. You could bet a little more on the flop and turn but it's not important in a 3-bet pot. Generally the more raises put in preflop the less of a hand you should need to stack off with postflop. You should never consider folding to this all-in. This is a very standard call you'll make automatically as you play more. And checking the turn here would also be bad as you're giving him free cards and he may be drawing - and you're looking to get it all-in by the river in this hand. You don't get any information by checking.
