It is so extremely easy to hit "ignore" or whatever your site's equivalent is. I think every site allows you to turn off a particular player's chat.
IF IT IS A BAD PLAYER THIS IS A REALLY HORRIBLE THING TO DO. JUST IGNORE THEM FOR THE SAKE OF EVERYONE STRUGGLING TO MAKE MONEY PLAYING POKER.
People play poker for different reasons. If someone is pathetic and plays online poker partially b/c it gives them a thrill to be a total douche then please let them have that so they continue donating.
I guess if they are pwning you though it is reasonable [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
