Look, I don't want to tell you what to do on this board, cause I don't know the villain, but:

If you call this preflop 3-bet, you are not getting set odds (you need about 11-1 for that), so you are playing your hand as an overpair. Maybe you want to fold now because you think he might have QQ+, but if you think that now, try to think that before the flop and fold. Only call this preflop if you think there's a good shot your JJ is best, and if you think that, then this is a flop you want to shove on. Do you see?
