What are you doing? Just call, with his stats you're not pushing him off a better hand unless you're ready to bluff the river hard. You're getting good implied odds, plus you have showdown value against AK type hands which donkeys like this often turn into bluffs.

Against some opponents I like raising the flop if history proves we have fold equity and/or it gives us a free turn card.
