SB mucked and WON 800 (+475 NET)

New table (been there a little more than an orbit). It seems pretty aggressive so I don't think I'm going to get too many chances to open-shove from late position, though I haven't been there long enough to be sure. SB hasn't played a hand since I've been at the table. If SB has a random hand it's +EV (barely), but a lot of 4/180 players play much tighter in this situation than they should, which makes me guess his range is tighter. It's pretty marginal either way, I know, but which decision is a little better in terms of expected value?
