If the table is loose passive I think limping here is ok to induce callers. You missed out but whatever.
I never call the flop. It's either a fold or a raise if I think BB is the type of player to donk this flop with air.. More often than not though I'm giving it up. the pot is sooo small and not worth chasing 2 outs for.
Turn cap seems fine.
River raise seems fine.
