it depends what stack size you're talking about. There isn't much intrinsic advantage in playing 60BB I don't think. Sure, they won't perfectly adjust to you and you'll get looser play from them than they should be doing, but OTOH, when you get a decent hand like a set against their overpair, you're leaving money on the table by not having a full buyin.
It's swings and roundabouts really, but at 60BB, it's about breakeven, I reckon.
You definitely can have an advantage playing less than 50BB though, as long as you raise properly so as not to give stuff like LP Axs/PP/SC good implied odds.
