Default Re: Stars Sun100k - Good Stop-n-Go?

I don't think this is a spot for a stop-n-go.

For one, we are not determining whether this is a stop-n-go given the flop texture. A stop-n-go is a maneuvre(sp?) that is decided, BEFORE we see the flop, and should be strictly followed given any flop if you decided to go with it.

Secondly, you should really be doing a stop-n-go when you will roughly have a psb on the flop. In your situation you almost have double the pot, thus why I don't like it.

With 44 here, my play somewhat depends on reads on villain. If he has been raising often preflop, I likely just shove preflop.

If he has been tight preflop, I may fold preflop, but more often I'll call preflop, and given this flop lead out for about t625 and calling a shove.
