Here are some general guidelines:

No 4 of a kind
No 3 of a kind except AAA2-AAA5 and A222

Given those constraints, play:

1. Play 4 cards T and higher with either: suited A, double-paired, double-suited, or paired + single-suited

2. Play 4 cards 6 and below that has A2, A3 or 23 in it - pairs included

3. Play any suited AAxx, A2xx or A3xx

4. Play any offsuit AAxx, A2xx, A3xx or 23xx with either: another unique prime card or 2 ten point cards

5. Play any suited A4 as long as other 2 cards don’t include 7,8,9

5. Play any KK23/QQ23

6. Play suited KK-JJ + 2 prime cards 4 or lower
