Not saying it matters or it doesn't tonight, but that's the letter of the rule.

If you go by the letter, by the time the ball is thrown, moss is usually already physically engaged with the DB via 'bilateral' initiation and they are leaning on each other for position. Moss is exceptional at disengaging and then boxing out quickly.
