Because it hit something it is reviewable says the NFL. Pretty stupid rule, youd think any kick would be reviewable no matter what the situation.

My guess is that they don't want kicks that go over the top of the upright reviewed. This makes sense because no camera will have a better angle that the official satnding under the upright.
