Also, if you do finance you will probably get exposure to econ and accounting vs probably only econ in an econ major.

IMO, an econ major by itself will kill you if your'e attempting to get into any equity analysis or IB position (those which aren't macro-oriented, at least). Employers want you to start contributing right away and don't want to waste their times on someone with no direct finance knowledge. This is true of where I'm currently at, where I've worked in the past, and where I've interviewed at over the past year.
