Default 2/4 HU Tough River Spot

This is the 2nd hand of the match. Villain bought in for $300, on the first hand he 3-bet me, I flat with QQ, he open shoved for $280 on a 9xx rainbow flop and I snap called -- he had Q9o.

Then the hand below occurred. Hard to give him a range since this is his 2nd hand, obviously it could be tilt but I think 65 or Ax are reasonable hands he might float the flop with OOP. Obviously the river sucks since it also makes a lot of hands two pair here as well.

Given all these factors -- What is your minimum calling range for the river?
