I agree that it is very unlikely for villain to have AA,KK here. However I think that since his PFR is so low he could have actually 22-JJ based on his preflop actions. But you're right with this AF we can safely rule out at least those overpairs that do not contain a club, maybe he wouldn't raise flop with any overpair at all.
