BTW. simple calculation for 9handed:
1.6 played hands per 99 hands (11 rounds)
1.6 played hands has to pay for 1.5bbX11 (16.5bb)
He has to win 10 bb per each hand he's involved in. No way this can be a profitable strategy.
Even if you get preflop all-in vs. KK or other pair you won only 60bb (who's going to stack 1.6/1.6 with anything else?). Otherwise it's less if we add QQ or JJ and a player not folding overpair on flop.
