You have to understand it from the training site's perspective.
They can have an account shut down and funds confiscated because of this, it is clearly against the TC of every site (as far as I know). PSMoney.com has a special deal with Stars, not sure if anybody else does.
I know some poker training sites do transfers, but it's still a risk as far as I know.
