Just watched it last night. I thought this was a great episode; Michael's humanity and good side haven't been on display enough lately (I was pretty furious with his behavior after the Karen/Utica episode).

And obviously the reason you don't get most of the characters in each episode is because you can't tell a proper story and develop a few of them properly if you squeeze everyone in. The hour-long episodes are too long; the four-act "super-size" ones work really well for this show.
