Default 3/6 Taking an interesting line with TPTK

Villan is ericberen (Full Tilt) who I have at 21.1/17.7/3.46. I'm playing a standard TAG game right now, maybe a little nitty, but definitely 3-betting a lot. Here's the hand:

Full Tilt Poker, $3/$6 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): $600
UTG: $621
MP: $681.90
CO: $600
BTN: $615.45
SB: $594.95

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG folds, <font color="red">MP raises to $21</font>, 3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $66</font>, MP calls $45

Flop: ($135) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $100</font>, MP calls $100

Turn: ($335) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, MP checks

River: ($335) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $100</font>, <font color="red">MP raises to $515.90 and is All-In</font>

My logic behind this small bet was I wanted to make it look like a blocking bet that gives him room to bluff. I figured he was probably calling the flop with a lot of hands and might be turning them into a bluff fearing he may be behind. How does that sound?
