No doubt, except I think it should be more exclaim points.
"Button Caps!! Hero Caps!!!!"

But the exclaims here are just for fun mostly.
In chess notation a ! is used to indicate a particularly strong but unexpected move or idea and a !! is used if it's truly a superior play that very few people would have found.

A ? is used for a questionable move when a likely better one was available and a ?? is used for a plain old crappy error.

Stuff like ?! or !? can be used on moves that seem both questionable but potentially brilliant in their own weird way at the same time.

I've always thought that such notation would be fun to have in HH to describe your own play as well as what you thought of a play your opponent made.
But in HH in strategy forums I guess the general idea is to not give anything away so as not to bias the results so pointing out stuff like, "this is where my opponent really excelled in this hand" would obviously go a long ways towards doing that.
