So, your SPEED is 5Gb/sec downstream, but you can only use up to 20G (b or B?)/month? What happens if you exceed that usage?

The problem isn't ZoneAlarm or Norton or anything else. The usage in TaskMan is attributed to the process doing the using, it's the poker client. Try turning off animations and such and see what happens.
