As a certified personal trainer/bodybuilder/powerlifter I'd have to tell you that what you are trying to accomplish is not an easy task at all. I would suggest you get on a 5x5 powerlifting routine.

Check out some of those articles, and find a workout that fits. I'd suggest getting knee wraps and wrist wraps, because you will be needing all the assistance you can get.
