FOLD, at best you are coinflip... To call open shove of 9.5 BB's with at best 50% equity when you are chipleader against a loose cannon in the early levels is just not a risk you need to be taking. I know some people say you can't pass up these edges early, but you have at least 2x the chips of everyone else and have position on loose player. Pick a better spot and move on.
