Default QQ vs a nit

Villain here is 15/10/5.1 over 500 hands, a nitty reg, and I am an unknown to villain.

I assume that he is positionally aware and that his 3-betting range vs a UTG raiser is specifically AK and JJ+. I was going to probably call one street on a dry board, but on this flop I am only ahead of AK.

So is c/f ok? Anyone like donking the flop here for $80 instead of checking? That would presumably fold out AK and if he calls/raises I know my hand is no good.

2/4 NL, 6 players

Stacks:
CO ($394.00 in chips)
BTN ($896.00 in chips)
SB ($396.00 in chips)
BB ($592.48 in chips)
Hero (UTG) ($443.30 in chips)
MP ($394.00 in chips)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $14, 1 fold, CO raises to $54, 3 folds, Hero calls $54

Flop ($114): J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks, CO bets $94, Hero folds
