ah ok i looked up our state law also, its seems pretty trivial from what i found (also in WI), not that i shive a git about that.
now if i could just fig out how to set up a canadian funding method, think i won't have a problem getting canadian isp appearance just need the ID, physical addy etc.. for the non US sites [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img].
