Great workout today guys!
Front Squat: 77x5 for 5 sets
Pendlay Row: 57x5, 61x5, 66x5, 70x5, 75x4
Bench Press: 68x5, 73x5, 77x5, 84x5, 89x4
This will be my last week of the 5's then I'll de-load and do reps of 3.
