Could you try a couple of sessions without using the automatic closing of lobbies? If it still does it, then try not having FTS close the tables automatically. At the moment I don't have any explanation for it.

I believe (not 100% sure) that it can result from using the WinClose command. Using Send, !{F4} or ControlSend, , !{F4} should fix it.

I ran into that problem while ago and I think that is what fixed it.
