I've been on this for 4 weeks and for assistance I do:
Monday:
same
Wed:
5x5 or 3x8 pull/chin ups
different kind of sit ups
Fri:
3x8 bicep curls
3x8 triceps extensions
It seems to work pretty well, but I do incline bench instead of military press on Wednesday.
