I find that kind of disturbing. I play mainly on Stars so I'm not really worried. But I have used sportsbooks that I felt uncomfortable with in the past. I can think of at least 3 that I have dealt with which after a week or two I just got the feeling they were not that trust-able so I cashed out. This was before the internet and all done via Western Union and cheques so not an issue. But if it was now I'd still have to worry even after I had cashed out that the site would reverse the cash outs.
