Practice practice practice. Your bluff timing and frequency is as important as anything. Dont try and outplay him every hand, he'll just call you lighter. Pick a spot and go with it - dont worry, he'll remember. Then, tighten up against him. Dont be afraid to check fold the flop after you PFR. The next time you have a monster, play it trappy.
You will get a feel for this with time but these kind of players are dying to stack off to you.
