I forgot Basewars and Tecmo Bowl (how?).

The only problem with Basewars was that I got sick of fighting on every single play. When I got the game, I was under the impression that duels would only occur on "close plays." As I remember it, you had to fight anytime a runner arrived at a base where the fielder had the ball.

It was really cool to buy all the heavy artillery to load up your players with though.
