This is great advice about autopiloting. Often that's my problem. I play live $5-10nl for a living w/ a bunch of the same people day in and day out and I sometimes don't take the time to think through the hand especially after 4 or 5 hours of play. Also don't put a person on one hand and stick through it the whole way. Put them on a range of hands and readjust as the action progresses.
