Your hand history doesn't look correct. I don't have any histories from Party at .02/.04, but the Party histories I do have start like this:

$100 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Sunday, November 11, 17:58:06 ET 2007
So they use $100 USD NL for $.50/$1. I don't understand why your history starts

0.02/0.04 Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL)
instead of
***** Hand History for Game 6501274269 *****
$4 USD NL Texas Hold'em
