If he shoves the river, it depends on what the card was. If it came up pairing the board, probably gonna let it go (villain's aggression is TINY), and villain could easily have a set right now. If it came blank, it's still a tough call, because he may have the flush already, but may have a set and feel it's good.
Given the aggression=.9, I'm tending to fold to a river shove.
