Turn is a snapcall.
I'm not sure on the river action. I believe beting out like half a pot is best but problem lies is what I call Gold theorem (yes, after Jamie). River is a complete blank and villain might think his 2 pair/set is good and raise you. In other words villain might missjudge his own strength and you have to fold to his raise.
