Fold. It's unlikely you have an underpair, but it's extremely likely that he has two overs. It's just unholy to get 60x BB in as a coinflip at this stage of the tournament IMO. Plus, if he's anxious to get to the cash game he's liable to just give them away in 45 minutes.
