It's not really that harsh. She was a moron, she stood in front of a truck writing down its license plate as if she had no other opportunity when she FOLLOWED IT INTO A PARKING LOT JUST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ITS DRIVING. She was probably hoping to get run over and break her leg or something so she could sue. The system works!
