I'd really rather just call this PF. You have a good hand that you can easily get away from if you miss. Why raise and risk getting 4bet off your hand? If you're going to raise, why the minraise? Sweetening the pot while keeping it multiway would be much better if you had position, IMO. With a FD/overs/inside straight draw, I'm betting out here, especially since you raised PF.
Once SB bets out at you on the turn, I think calling is the right move. With the 2nd nuts, I'm calling river here for sure. Actually, given the fact that UTG is a tard, overshoving might be good here. I'd like to hear more on this.
