why not just raise to 170ish? there's alot of weak hands that could be making a legit thin value raise that a shove may easily push out, but may be willing to come along at least til the river for a hundred or so more.

edit: just saw your edit. then shoving looks fine, but I don't think it's better than just 170 which I think may widen even his calling range at least slightly. if he has a set, he's not folding a blank river anyhow.
