Ok.

Step 1:

On the next big party I have (lets say on New Year Eve) I will do the following:

- somehow make "everyone at the party" (the person I suspect) know that I've vent to Fallswiev Casino for a few days to grind some live cash games (I do that sometimes so nothing suspicious here). I show off a stack of cash (like 4-5k in $100 bills) and make it clear that I have no idea how much cash I actually have (one of my friends will ask me to show it off so it will not look to obvious, and I will say that I plan to go back to grind after the NY and only then count how much I'm up/down, thus not being result-oriented).

- I hide the cash in an envelope -> my jacket -> my room, and make sure the rat notices it.

- I install a camera so it can see my jacket hanging in my room and start recording.

- I party and hope the rat will fall for the trap (I assume he won't steal it all, he'll take like $100 or $500 so I won't notice) ...

Step 2:

Since I dont just want to bust him, I also want to have some sweet revenge, but not violent, I'm planning on scamming him somehow back before making the tape public. I need a good plan here, this is what I have so far:

- I tell him (the rat) that I accidentally found out one of my balla poker buddies poker account password. And that I want to scam him for all his balance (lets say $70k).

- I make him interested, negotiate a deal, and make him believe that in order to succeed I need him to open a poker account, use a fake name, and deposit $1k, to which all the $70k will be lost.
This is the hardest part, he doesnt play poker and is not so advanced w/ online poker industry so I can come up with some bs about why he needs to deposit $1k and not $50, and other details. However, he just might not have the money...

- but if he falls for it, he basically deposits $1k, I tell him over the phone when to go all-inn, take his 1k and then in front of everyone reveal the tape.
