70-75% of the time I'll c/f here - you're simply not beating very many hands he'd value bet.
But since you know he can make big bluffs, the other 25-30% of the time I'd check and let him put me all in with his AK/AQ/AJ - he's certainly capable of floating the flop with overcards and this is a great board to bluff at.
