Hum it really depends on how often villain minraised.
Sometimes people start to minraise once they get a bigstack to steal the blinds, which makes their overall pfr pretty irrelevant.
If his true pfr(including minraises) is 8% of hands, you're never good with ATo.
I really like to stick with a read in these spots.
