1) why the heck do you expect him to have QQ? im sure its in his range, but why QQ rather than anything else?
2) fold if he has QQ, fairly obvious . . .
3) you sure villain does not reraise QQ preflop? in my experience the type of villain who slowplays QQ pre also slowplays QQ on a flop like that, and instead wakes up on the turn, but very player dependent. you have no reads, fair enough, but i end to assume unknowns rr
4) you really havent considered that a 6 could be part of his range. obv depends on blind defense frequency, but alot of people are capable of turning up with one
5) i dont think many people would would call a turn raise with much worse than you have, so a raise would be for defense. but you get called by pretty much everything that is beating you.

hmm pretty hard decision. i think i raise for defense, but that may be quite a mistake. i would be interested to read other thoughts.
