To be clear,

I don't have the time or the inclination to execute any of these new ideas, I just think they're good ideas. I think the "news" forum would require a pretty active and invested mod.

I'm now taking the stance that if it even smells like a previously banned poster, I'm banning it and sorting out the mess later.
