So I lied, most of it was from Non-Poker winnings….

OK OK OK

A little drunk right now but I will see how good I can write this. Actually, hammered right now.

So anyway, the whole reason I was at Vegas was because of my brothers wedding. He was getting married out here so my family and I got a suite at Mandalay Bay. Awesome place. Very nice.

I brought about 4k to play with out there. This is all I had and I wasn’t worried about losing it seeing how I lived at home and have no bills. Holler. I planned on playing only poker (unlimited Texas hold thems) for the entire time out there because I felt I could crush the game and 4k would last me for the majority of the trip I hoped. We stayed out there for 6 days, way too long.

So first night there I started to play MB’s 1/2nl game. I quickly built my stack up to about 500 chips when I over heard someone mention that the 2/4nl game was running. I quickly signed up for it and was seated rather promptly. So I’m sitting there with a 400 dollar stack out of my original 200. About 5 hours later I’m at about 1400 dollars. Just running over the game, I’ve never ran so good in my life. Every pocket pair I had turned into a set. Welcome to Vegas I assume.

So the first night I called it quits at about +1200 dollars. Weeeeeeeeeeee.

The second night was just as good. I knew how to play Pai Gow but never really wanted to play it in a casino. Well, up 1200 dollars, you start to imagine that you can win at any game possible. Well I started to play Pai Gow at 50 dollars a hand. I was running sick yet again. I was either tying or winning every hand, I couldn’t lose this game. Pretty soon my bets started to get higher, the night capped out when I started betting 400 dollars a hand, just [censored] sick. +2k that night.

Total winnings – 3200. niiiiiiiiiice

The third night is when things really got crazy. Welcome to blackjack. Just like the trip goes I couldn’t seem to lose a hand. The free drinks didn’t slow me down either. Obviously I started my bets out 50 a hand and it didn’t seem to stay that way for a long time. Pretty soon I had a decent amount of black chips on the betting surface. I GOT HAMMMMMMERD. I was uncontrollable; I barely remember walking to my room that night. All I know is that I was betting 2k a hand at one point…. Just [censored] trashed.

I woke up and found a couple 5k stacks on my dresser…. Holler!

Fourth night, nothing special, wedding and clubs…. No gambling, oh well.

Fifth night… last REAL night, last night of gambling. Blackjack once again! Went to my table I was at the other night, every one knew me, kind of a cool feeling. Anyway, luck boxing my way again to a decent amount of money. I manage to make about 8k more with 2k bets and doubling down on 12 and 13’s ( hahahahaha holler it worked, free drink are not a good thing). BTW, if you ever double down on 12 or 13, the dealer for some reason has to announce it to the pit bosses and the whole floor, “DOUBLING DOWN ON 12!!!!” kind of embarrassing and funny at the same time.

So the last night I didn’t really do much, I was too tired and hung-over to go anywhere or do anything. So I just went to see The Amazing Jonathan and relax. Btw, amazing Jonathan is hilarious and one of the best shows out there, I laughed my ass of.

So that’s my TR of Vegas when I am under 21. Good times, looking forward to it again sometime, definitely when I’m over 21 though.

Peace,
