Also, one thing that may or may not be applicable to you; if you are having difficulty with jj/tt, play them for set value only until you start to get a little more feel for how to play them.

With an SPR of 3 OP essentially had the nuts. This is just a cooler and if OP did not get stacked with 50BB's on that flop, its a bigger mistake.
