Ex-Yugoslavian: Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia.
Ex-USSR: Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, rest of them are in Asia.
South America is really easy if you don't forget the two small non-Latin countries.

isnt Georgia, Armenia and partly Kazakhstan considered to be both european and asian countries? (this goes for turkey/russia too obv.)
